Out and about

Sunday 22nd Mar
Clocked up a few miles in the New Forest and Gemma joined on her electric scooter!

Half way!

Monday 16th Mar
64 miles under my belt!
Due to the generosity of family and friends my target of £200 was reached before I even started. It’s because of this that I’ve decided to increase it to £1,000, just £60 to go. These funds are going to such a super worthy charity.
Thanks again for all your support.

Best bin en route!

Week 1 Complete!

Sunday 8th Mar
First week under my belt! Just over 38 miles accomplished. Walks to and from work, I was lucky with a couple of sunshine days but did not let the rain deter me when it came. Also had a weekend walk across Norbury Park. Thanks to those who are supporting me.

Support My Move 100 miles in March

Sunday 15th Feb
I’ve signed up for the Move in March Challenge to raise money for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, one of the world’s leading orthopaedic hospitals.
Many of you will know that my wife, Gemma has a very rare bone condition called Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia. She has been a patient at this amazing hospital for over 25 years now. Sadly there is no cure for her condition but the team at the RNOH are committed to helping her with her mobility and pain and I don’t know where she/we would be without them.

The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital stands as a beacon of hope and healing for so many. From resilient children taking their first steps to people rebuilding their lives after a spinal cord injury.

By completing this challenge and walking 100 miles in March which is the average distance covered by the lovely hospital staff in one month while on shift, I am hoping to give something back.

If you are able to give today, you can trust RNOH Charity will use your donation to help strengthen and support the Hospital to create the best patient experience.

Thank you for your support.
